Silent Install Response File Templates
OracleXE-install.iss (2,570 bytes) - used for silently installing Oracle XE (WE or Universal)
OracleXE-repair.iss (960 bytes) - used for silently repairing an existing Oracle XE installation (WE or Universal)
OracleXE-remove.iss (1,085 bytes) - used for silently deinstalling Oracle XE (WE or Universal)
OracleXEClient-Install.iss (1,718 bytes) - used for silently installing Oracle XE Client
OracleXEClient-Repair.iss (943 bytes) - used for silently repairing an existing Oracle XE Client
OracleXEClient-Remove.iss (1,063 bytes) - used for silently deinstalling Oracle XE Client
Instructions for Response File Templates
- download the appropriate installation executable - eg. OracleXE.exe
- download one of the silent install response file templates
- edit the template with appropriate values for the install questions
- run the Oracle XE installation and specify the location of the edited response file using a command similar to the following: OracleXE.exe /s /f1"
